On 31st March 2013, a planned change of boards at the ZPF Group and its companies takes place. Holger Groß, who took over leadership of the company group 3 years ago as interim manager, is handing over all his functions to the 44 year-old Thomas Martensmeier. He previously built up and successfully led the facility in China. Now Thomas Martensmeier is moving with his family to Germany to take over responsibility for the entire ZPF Group. Profound changes have taken place at ZPF under the management of Holger Groß. Constant internationalization and the consequent positioning as a system provider have turned the ZPF Group into an approved strategic partner in the automotive industry within the last few years.
