Mr. Hoover has been a director of the Company since October 2010.

Mr. Hoover is an analytical chemist, who for the past 5 years, has focused primarily on consulting for junior mineral explorers providing diverse services including research and analysis, report generation, investor relations, and fund-raising assistance.
