(the „Company“) (CNSX: TTN) announces today that it has terminated its letter of intent to acquire 2333300 Ontario Inc. Although the Company has determined not to proceed with the transaction at this time, the Company and 2333300 Ontario Inc. have agreed to reassess the possibility of a transaction as the project further develops.
