The NFMA is the result of a collaborative approach between Advanced Procurement for Universities & Colleges (APUC), on behalf of higher education-s National Postal and Distribution Group (NPDG), and other Scottish procurement bodies. Therefore, Higher Education Institutions across the UK and all Scottish public sector organisations can access the Framework Agreement.
The Framework Agreement, worth up to GBP 5m annually, has been awarded for an initial period of three years, with options to extend. This new agreement (reference BA-PMR010) offers customers significant savings in cost and efficiencies and offers a fully compliant procurement route.
