CHAD Industries Adds Flux Coating & Flux Cleaning Capability to the Inline Loader & Unloader for Any Reflow Oven Process

ANAHEIM, CA — (Marketwire) — 04/19/12 — CHAD Industries announced today that it has integrated Flux coating and Flux cleaning solutions with its existing automated inline loader & unloader workcells that will work with reflow oven.

CHAD-s universal wafer conveyor was modified so that it can be mounted on a Sikama Falcon ICS 412 flux coater workcell. This allows wafers to pass seamlessly from the Flux Coater workcell to any reflow oven. CHAD also integrated a Sikama Falcon ICS 412 flux cleaner workcell after CHAD-s unloader workcell. This allows processed wafers to be immediately cleaned and unloaded as part of the reflow process.

„Having the flexibility to offer automated flux coating and flux cleaning capabilities with any reflow oven is a great enhancement to CHAD-s existing loader and unloader product offerings. This offers our customers the ability to fully automate the reflow process that their specific products require,“ says Scott Klimczak, President of CHAD Industries. „Sikama makes a great flux coating and cleaning process tool, so we are excited to be able to integrate this into a fully integrated turn-key solution that can work with any third party reflow oven. This offers more value to our customers since CHAD can provide one-stop shopping for their entire reflow process.“
