„TPG will deliver EPM with integration to both the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Project Systems (PS) modules, enabling Corus to schedule and plan routine maintenance and end of campaign work“, says Peter O’Neill, director of TPG’s UK subsidiary. EPM and TPG PSLink will be rolled out to five sites in total in the UK and Netherlands, many sites managing close to 1 million scheduled maintenance tasks per year.
„Maintenance Planning is a critical part of the Engineering Management System adopted by Corus sites such as Scunthorpe, and TPG PSLink provides an accurate and efficient method of aligning Microsoft Project to the Primary SAP system” says Damon Owen, Corus Project Manager for the implementation. “TPG PSLink also provides a suitable solution to effectively manage the high volume of data for a number of Corus Sites throughout the UK and the Netherlands“.
